TURKISH-AMERICAN ARTIST HAYAL POZANTI’S DESIGNS TO FEATURE IN THE 9TH EDITION OF THE DIOR LADY ART PROJECT
The iconic “Dior Lady Art” project, which invites artists from around the globe each year, returns for its 9th edition. This year, the timeless elegance and continuously evolving spirit of the Lady Dior bag is reimagined through the unique perspectives of various international artists, including Turkish-American artist Hayal Pozanti, who brings a fresh vision to the legendary accessory.


Since 2016, the Dior Lady Art project has given international artists the chance to reinterpret the Lady Dior bag, transforming it into a “canvas of dreams.” The bag’s timeless appeal merges with each artist’s individual aesthetic, making it a one-of-a-kind art piece. Alongside Hayal Pozanti, this year’s project features Sara Flores, Jeffrey Gibson, Huang Yuxing, Liang Yuanwei, Danielle McKinney, Duy Anh Nhan Duc, Faith Ringgold, Vaughn Spann, Anna Weyant, and Woo Kukwon.
Each artist has taken inspiration from the Lady Dior’s classic cannage pattern, reshaping it to reflect their personal values and artistic sensibilities. These creations are not only visually captivating but also highlight exceptional craftsmanship.
Blending Dior’s legacy with creative freedom, this project bridges perfection with imagination, offering a captivating cultural fusion. The artistic transformation of the Lady Dior bag is a tribute to diverse world cultures, highlighting the passion and artistry woven into each design.
