Salomon Sportstyle and New York-based designer Sandy Liang are back stronger than ever following the success of their previous two collaborations! After the initial introduction of the XT-Whisper model in December, a fresh version of this iconic design is hitting the shelves in January 2025. Staying true to its roots, the collection perfectly blends lifestyle and outdoor functionality with a modern aesthetic, making it ideal for both countryside escapes and urban strolls. Salomon’s adventurous spirit meets Sandy Liang’s elegant and playful style in this unique collaboration.

Set against the cosmopolitan backdrop of New York City, the campaign captures the harmony between urban dynamism and feminine playfulness. In a press release, Sandy Liang shared, “XT-Whisper is one of my favorite silhouettes from Salomon’s archives, and I loved the idea of reimagining it with a fresh, modern perspective. This design reflects my love for outdoor adventures while prioritizing practicality and ease for everyday city life.”

Sandy Liang first showcased Salomon footwear on her runway in 2021, and since their collaboration began in 2023, their designs have been embraced by countless influencers. The XT-Whisper returns with a more feminine touch this time, featuring baby pink knit details, silver accents, a white rubber outsole, and bold red lugs. Sporty drawstring laces and Liang’s signature floral logo complete the design.
