SKIMS AND THE NORTH FACE ANNOUNCE LIMITED-EDITION COLLABORATION

A collection of archival styles from The North Face reimagined with SKIMS’ innovative fit and signature color palette, designed to take you from first tracks to après ski. This partnership brings together two iconic names, both known for innovation, performance, and quality. The result is a collection offering full head-to-toe all-day looks that will take you from the mountains to the chalet and beyond.

This marks SKIMS first-ever foray into the world of winter wear and partnering with The North Face allowed us to leverage their expertise in this category. The collection is a combination of functional and flattering apparel solutions for the season.” said Kim Kardashian, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, SKIMS. “I’ve spent a lot of time on the slopes, so I was definitely inspired when we were developing this collection and I can’t wait to wear these pieces on my next trip.”
The North Face x SKIMS comes to life through two visually striking campaigns. In the campaign shot by Vanessa Beecroft, an ensemble cast is captured on the peaks and skiing the slopes of breathtaking mountains in Chile. Another campaign features SKIMS Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Kim Kardashian, shot by Donna Trope. Both campaigns highlight the monochromatic layering and versatile functionality of the collection, merging SKIMS’ signature aesthetic with The North Face’s mountain heritage.
The limited-edition collection is designed with comfort and function at the forefront, the collaboration draws from The North Face’s rich archive of iconic designs, which have been updated with SKIMS’ core design principles of flattering, body hugging silhouettes. SKIMS’ sculpting and compressive base layers pair seamlessly with The North Face’s outwear, enhancing the body’s natural curves, a signature element SKIMS has applied across its product lines from bras to loungewear.

Further bringing the collaboration to life, the collection will be featured in an exclusive in-store shopping experience that combines the visual identities of both brands. Fixtures will take inspiration from SKIMS’ signature monolithic forms and soft curves, while incorporating The North Face’s precision hardware details and technical connections – all in a tonal, monochromatic frosted palette.
The North Face x SKIMS collection will be available to shop on SKIMS.com, at SKIMS owned retail locations, select The North Face retail locations, and in select luxury retailers including SSENSE, Highsnobiety, and Luisa via Roma from December 10, 2024. The collection offers a range of pieces available in sizes XXS – 3X, S-XL, mules in sizes 5-11.
