LOUIS VUITTON X TAKASHI MURAKAMI: CHERRY BLOSSOM COLLECTION WELCOMES SPRING

Louis Vuitton welcomes the arrival of Spring 2025 with the second installment of its collaboration with Takashi Murakami. Paying poetic tribute to Japan’s cherry blossom season, this collection is a special reinterpretation of the original collaboration that reshaped the fashion world 20 years ago.

Murakami’s elegant Cherry Blossom motif is meticulously applied across over 40 Louis Vuitton designs. From City Bags and silk Carrés to sneakers, platform sandals, and the custom-order Malle Wardrobe, this collection symbolizes a season of hope, renewal, and rebirth.

Murakami’s striking Cherry Blossom pattern is brought to life using the latest digital printing techniques. Vibrant pink blooms and delicate leaves are carefully crafted onto the iconic Monogram brown canvas, adorning bags such as the OnTheGo, Papillon, Boulogne, and Speedy 25. The travel collection features Rolling Trunk, Keepall 45, and structured suitcases, with the Courrier Lozine 110 Fleurs standing out for its added physical Cherry Blossom appliqué details. Additional pieces in the collection include small leather goods like the Nano Bucket Bag and Zippy Wallet.

Marellini, Alma BB, and three different Capucines City Bag models have been redesigned in energetic “cheeky pink” tones, complementing the Cherry Blossom motif beautifully.

In the fragrance category, Spell on You is adorned with the Cherry Blossom motif, evoking the feeling of fluttering petals on its bottle, cylindrical case, and travel pouch. The collection’s most exclusive piece, the Ultimate Flacon, features this elegant motif gracefully dancing on its glass dome.
